Lawyers Forum???

Hey guys, when I first got up and running nearly a month ago, PSB mentioned in passing that there is a Lawyers Forum on AMC4. I have visited that channel many a time, and only get a test pattern (vertical colored bars). Does anyone know if there is ever any programming broadcast on that channel?

Inquiring (legal) mind needs to know.
