leasing and extra receiver fees

Is there both a lease fee and the additional receiver access fee on leased recievers? I want to lease an 811 and get the HD pak but I dont wanna pay $10 a month just for the 811.

I just signed up with Dish. My first 811 receiver was included. The second one was $5/month.

I received a reduced rate on the 180 channel package for 3 months and free basic HD package for 6 months. Adding the VOOM10 was $5/month and as I mentioned the 2nd 811 was $5/month.

For all receivers after the first.
If you own the receiver you pay a $4.99 additional receiver fee.
If you lease the receiver you pay a $5.00 lease fee.
It is one or the other never both.

Thanks for the replies. Seems like there is no advantage to owning the equipment though.
