Like the new site, found screw up

:rant:I checked my history and found on the 21st of June when I signed up for the FREE HD FOR LIFE option that the site shows the change but then the site changed it back to the 10 dollar per month option. At the same time I upgraded to the platinum and that worked alright. So now I am getting billed an extra 10 a month plus the 10 for the platimum I did not try and change it back as I did not want to get nailed with the downgrade fee, instead I sent an e-mail as chat was down. We will see what happens.

Are you still signed up for autopay and paperless (no pdf statement available for download) billing?

There should be no downgrade fee as you will not be changing your programing, just your bill.

Contact Dish and have it corrected, have dates of change ready should they ask.
