A family member jumped the gun and called DiSH when signal was going intermittent and was talked into a hopper upgrade appointment. But we don't want hopper. Played hell getting DiSH to reverse the hopper switch and agree to just swap 722 for 722. They said they wouldn't be needing the bad 722 back and warned me not to try to sell it. Guess they figured I might have been trying to scam them for a rx and not actually have one gone bad, to then sell.....So I would have to figure at the least that they've blacklisted the bad 722k's R00# for activation. Be careful to confirm with any seller that the rx is eligible for activation. That is, not active on any account, no owed billing balance and not blackballed.Yes, as far as we are in the field, replacing them on trouble calls, although it's very rare and only people who adamantly refuse to change to the Hopper, but as far as buying one as a customer?? Not sure
