A birde told me next year it will be launching.. it also told me its currently under beta test in orlando area...

Does your bird talk about carrier technology? GSM, CDMA, ...?

I'm just asking because I have several GSM phones and like the European model more than the American one. (I.e., phones are consumer electronics items, not terminals locked to a specific vendor.)

i can't speak for steven and know nothing about the phone. but here's what a BHN employee bud of mine told me last week. this phone may be launched either late this month or early next month and is currently being beta tested.

she checked with the wireless people whose desks are near hers.
