One possible solution to these absurd demands by the broadcasters would be for the FCC to allow the sat operators to provide dual markets the same way the cable operators do. I don't see any rationale to the FCC's position for denying dual markets while allowing them for the cable ops.

The rationale is that the cable lobby greases more pockets than the satellite lobby...
