Live tv streaming on Directv Ipad App Shows No Programming

I've noticed on Directv Ipad app that live tv streaming is not working for all channels shows no programming, Is this weather related?

I'm on home network, It's not showing anything for LiveTV (completely blank with no artwork) but everything else is working and it does show my receiver as connected on the main screen, restarted app but to no avail.

I'm not sure if its a local issue but my home network is working fine with my receiver HR24 (Internet,MRV etc...) can anybody confirm?

Just checked mine. I have the icons and can stream.

Looks like on Feb 9th that was a problem it came back the next day

I was trying to watch BEIN there was no channel guide on Live TV
