i live in navasota texas 77868 . i have waco locals and houston is closer. waco is over a hundred miles. i have talk to all the dish people about this problem to no avail . so this is why i'm posting here maybe you can help me . bobby

Are you in Grimes or Brazos county?

Find a zip code in Grimes county that is in the Houston DMA and change your service address to a gas station or convenience store in that zipcode.

Leave your billing address alone, just change the service address.
