Local HD rollout for 2007

If Tribune Broadcasting were losing significant revenue they'd drop their demand that E* carry KMYQ-HD before they'll let E* carry KCPQ-HD (FOX)... It's really annoying when Tribune tells us folks here in Western WA to "switch to DirecTV or cable if you want KCPQ in HD". Makes you just want to reach right through your cable modem... Grrr...

Unless something changed recently I don't think DirectTV has KOMO HD so I don't think that's a good solution. And cable just doesn't cut it for many reasons. And the options for moving (unless yoy can get the spotbeam for Spokane or Portland) don't appeal to me (La locals SD is on spotbeam). There's Minneapolis or Chicago but then the clock on the 622 is always going to be in a different time zone.

True, they don't have KOMO-HD, but then Seahawks games aren't shown on KOMO either, as we both know.
