Local Programming

I was wondering if anybody knows if u are able to recieve out of market local channels. I live in missouri but i am a braves fan and was wondering if I am able to recieve the Atlanta local channels? any info would be great

Dish cannot supply Distant locals to anyone. Also, most dma's are or will be on spot beams and if you are in within the spot you cannot receive the locals channels even if you "move" in order to get them.
