Locals on dish remote access

Anyone else having problems with the wrong cities being listed on their local channels on dish remote access.
I live in SC but have locals from Texas.
Have called and called and they are still not right. They say it has been sent to the engineers to be fixed. That was months ago.

Same problem here. It has the wrong locals for me and is also missing some premium movie channels.
