Locked at 61.5W Tp5 wit Signal Strength 35-41 but unable to Acquire Satellite

This is my first installation of 1k4 + ViP722K.
61.5W shows up as a green box on Port 3 after running Check Switch (72&77 - connected but no signal)
Acutrac 22 detects a good signal on all 3 LNBs but my DVR is unable to download software from satellite.
Is there any way to upgrade DVR software from PC?

Unplug the box for 15 seconds then try another switch test. Sometimes that will work.

No luck. I did it several times but the DVR keeps Acquiring Satellite and rebooting (sometimes)

After running a checkswitch, go back to signal strength screen, set to 61.5 tp 11, rec should scan for avail sats
and will probably go back to tp 1 on its own which is a spotbeam

Set it back to tp 11 until it locks in and select done.
It should download from there

I finally got a clue:
when using 1000.4 dish we need 72.7 to get the DVR activated.
My Vip722K was able to download software as soon as I re-pointed 1k4 and got a signal strength about 50-55 on 72.7
So, problem is now solved.
