Is there a secret code to unlock a vip211k receiver.
Tried Factory Defaults but that was no good.
Tried several 4 digits codes that they thought it might be but then it reads
exceeded the number of tries and try again later
Does it require a call to tech support for a hit/reset ?

With the receiver on your account DISH Tech support can send an authorization code to unlock the receiver.
