6-8 weeks to replace a glass pane?

Seriously though, what did they expect? Glass panes at floor level with a bunch of big rocks.

Also, glass panes get broken by people all the time. That's why most places like that have security.

That's what I was thinking. 6-8 weeks? Are they specially made? Obviously they are not shatter proof. LOL!
