Looking for D* Installer for 17745 area (Central PA)

Can anyone point me to an independent installer for the Lock Haven/Williamsport PA area? Twice now, the installer company that Directv uses for my area has canceled or refused to do the install. I'm about to give up but was told I could try an independent installer if I could find one.
Please help!

Never dealt with either company but I just did a quick search to see what I could find. Went to college at LHU....small world...LOL
