Looking t get into FTA

I am new to satellite only had Directv for a little over 2 years been looking at FTA .
I have a dish with 3 pickups one is for HD
The dish serves 4 receivers of which HD
can any one provide me with a guide line of what I need you do to switch over to FTA

You might start by looking at
FTAList.com - The easy list of North American free-to-air TV channels
see what FTA programing you would like to see. You will probably not be able to use much of your current equipment - maybe the coax cables. FTA off of one satellite to four rooms is easy. FTA off of many satellites for multiple receivers is a challenge.
