Losing Satellite?

We are having a hard time since last Saturday acquiring our satellite signal. On the tv we get a screen that says acquring satellite signal, with this info, R00 7526 9444-63, S 190037 1462-72, the satellite is either 119 or 110.

I contacted the technical support and retrieved the signal by turning the power off at the box, to reset the box. The next day when I turned on the tv no signal. I tried to reset it the way they told me, nothing!!.

When we normally turn on the box we have two lights on the top line. We have been having the middle, blue light come on that normally doen't come on.
What does this mean?

Is the problem our outside dish or the satellite box?
