On 11/10/25 from 10:02 PM till 11:15 PM I again lost all of my Columbus Ohio local channels. This has now happened several times in the last month. The problem appears to be with Dish's uplink for the Columbus locals. Whenever this happens I get the message "Sorry for the interruption of service. There is no need to call us. We are aware that this TV station is temporarily unavailable and we will have this channel back as quickly as possible. This happens on all of my Columbus local stations for both PTAT recordings and also watching live.
Since this has happened multiple times now I decided to call Dish Technical Support.
Of course the Dish Technical Support agent felt that it was my Hopper3 receivers. I pointed out that I have 2 Hopper3 receivers and both show the same issue. I also pointed out that my signal strength for satellite 119 spot beam 10 is 64.
The Dish technician remotely logged into my Hopper3 receivers and I showed her the message. Since this has happened several times, affects all of my locals, and this last incident lasted 90 minutes I told her that this was not a problem with my receivers but was probably a problem with Dish's uplink. She still insisted that I reboot my Hopper3 receiver. Of course this did not fix the issue since the problem is on their end. She said there is no recorded issue on their end.
Maybe some of the Dish employees such as Brittany can find out what is going on. It is frustrating since the latest issue is affecting my PTAT shows. Thank you for your support.
