Columbus Ohio Locals Interuption

For the last week or so I have lost the Columbus locals for several minutes. Dish will show a screen saying they are away of the outage so no need to call them. The weather is perfect with no clouds. The outage only seems to last for a few minutes. Could this a solar issue for the uplink?

Yes. I saw that on my local WJRT 12.2 Metv this morning, so I checked the stats on the Tivo reception, and there was NO errors coming from my antenna system. Yet, the feed broke up intermittently for a short time. That tells me it's their uplink, and only happened on that .2 sub-channel
