Loss of Signal

When I go to menu 6-1-3 (System Info) on my 722, satellites 72 and 77 are always green. Sat 61.5 is always yellow. When i pick on details it says "You are currently experiencing signal loss" from -- am to -- pm you had x signal losses on tuner 1. Same for tuner 2. Is this a concern? Only rarely will all 3 sats be green and no signal losses shown. Also, I lose signal everytime we get a moderate to heavy rain. Not just during storms. There are no obstructions to my dish. No trees power lines or anything. This is a new installation (3 weeks). Also have a 222k receiver with the same results.
