Lost Alexa connection to Directv

2 days ago I lost the ability to control my HR54, 4K Genie , and Genie minies. It worked for a least 6 months. Both Amazon and Directv CSRs worked with me for over 1 hour each and it still is a problem. Supposedly technicians are reviewing the problem and will contact me with a solution. Has anyone here found a fix?

Try this ---using your remote on the HR54 --Menu-Search (type) CLEARMYBOX -Search -all --your receiver will reboot and reload software plugin's --Perhaps they are corrupted *note --after reboot your Guide and VOD will take 24 to 48 hrs to rebuild.
