Lost closed captions on my box

Lost closed captions on HR22, no idea how to turn it on anymore. Use to be the blue button or via the menu, but its MIA now (has been for months)

Any idea how I can turn it on now, was it moved, removed, bad box?

Should be the yellow button, gives you a choice of regular CC or Directv CC. I prefer the later. If that doesn't work then do a reset.

The yellow button will present a menu where you can turn CC on/off. But you may need to go into system setup to select which track to use.

thanks, I remember clicking all the colored buttons before and never saw it maybe an update broke then fixed it.. in any case I found it, it was on.. so I turned it off.. rebooted (reset) and still nothing.. neither one.. tried a few different shows.. hgtv.. hbo.. dateline on nbc.. 20/20 on abc.. nadda.. 0 captions.. really weird.. it worked for so long.. odd it just stopped?
