Any one have this problem? I had waivers for 1 distant network with LA & Denver. I was told that I no longer qualified; yet my sister lives 30 miles away and lost no distant programming. The distant networks were the only thing keeping me loyal to DISH. The longer I stay with them, the worse they get.

If you don't qualify for them anymore..they can be yanked. Waivers can be pulled at any time.

Where I lived, I qualified for FOX distant...yet 4 miles down the road qualified for FOX & CBS distants

I would plug your address into Dish's address broker and see what you qualify for. You can re-request a waiver there too :)

It is a regional distant, only available under the spot beam area. They appear to be planning on moving Dallas and Denver to the spot beams.
