Guide only showing 1-2 hours on 921

I see the same thing on my 721 and my old 4000. It looks like all the program guides are sick.

Hmmm. It looks OK now. The 721 has a new, full program guide. The 4000 still has "no info available" but that's a spare unit anyway.

My guide only has a guide to the next program and then "No Information Available"

I'm seeing the same thing, John. What's interesting is both of my 501's have full guides. I'm on hold with E* waiting for Advanced Tech.

More when I know more.

"Known Issue", and make sure receiver is off over nite, and the full guide will download overnite. No way to force it.

I unplugged my receivers and left them off for a full minute, plugged them back in and the 9 day guide came back.

My full guide was back with just having the receiver in standby overnite.
