I have a VIP622 receiver. This weekend I have lost the mapping to my local channels. they are available under the 8000 channel range, but no longer under the same numbers as they would be using 'off air'. I have called Dish numerous times and spent hours on the phone with tech support. The receiver has been re-booted quite a few times. They even sent a tech over to the house. The receiver was switched and supposedely the "eye" on the satelite was replaced. Nothing has worked. Dish tells me there's nothing else they can do. I not accepting that answer. Has anyone had this problem? How do I go about fixing it?
