Lost Nhl Network channel 625

Was wondering if anyone else lost Nhl Network channel 625 this past week. I subcribed to Center Ice last year and again this year and had the channel up until last Tuesday. Also had channel 626-639, but the only one there now is 626. Tried to call tech but keep getting out friends over in India, and all they can do is read off a card, NO help at all. Just hoping it will be back in time for the new season starts....thanks.......:rant:
 
I guess they see no reason to have all those channels up until the season begins again. All that I have is 626, SD&HD.
 
Same here but I lost channel 625 (NHL Network). Are you still getting 625 or just seeing 626....thanks

My son had the exact same problem and they fixed it after he called.
The CSR was from India and said that he did not have CI although it was on his bill.
After his call NHL Network came back on he did have all the CI channels even though he did not have 625 all os ok now.
You just have to call until you get some one who understands what is going on.
If all else fails try an e-mail to dish ceo at ceo@echostar.com this is a pretty good e-mail they try to fix up things like this.
 
Thanks Wolfjc, I called and the csr said it was set up on my bill but I was not in the computer to actually get the channels. They did some stuff on giving me credit and redid it and everything if fine know.. Just hope my bill is not all screwed up....lol....thanks.:)

Yes watch that bill.
When I changed from the four pay system to the single pay system they add the single charge plus the four pay charge to my bill. So I was paying twice for the same thing.
Now I like CI but not that much that I would pay twice for it.
After two calls to CSRs it was finally fixed.
 
Thanks, I have had that problem in the past also. They set me up on auto renewal and didn't tell me and then I called and order it also. I took 2 or 3 calls to get it straighten out......thanks again................
