Lost satellite 61.5, transponder 19

My sister was watching TLC HD when suddenly it cut off on her. I use a single Dish 500 for 61.5, and I checked the signal strength for it on transponder 19 and it says that the strength was only 3.

It is doing the same thing on two receivers.

It was working just fine minutes ago. What's going on? Help me please.

I lost it too. Came here to see if it was just me. Guess not.

We got 8" of snow last night which is quite unusual for this time of year so I went out and took a look at the dish first - no snow. Did a pull the plug reset - no fix. Ran a check switch - passed. The guide is downloading now.

Well it's working now. Must have been something related to the North Korean rocket launch.

As far as I can tell, yes. I put it on HGTV which is on transponder 2 and Lifetime which is on transponder 20, and they're coming in.

It is working here again too, but the signal seems like it is low. Only a 20. Is that normal?

Mine is at 26. I don't know whether that's bad or good, but the bar is green.

Should be higher, 20 and 26 is low but still good enough to pull in the channels.

Mine's gone too.

Mine went out shortly before 7pm eastern, it came back about 5 minutes later. Dish could be trying to tweak the signal.
