I know about the HD bonus and $100 back but I have no clue what are the PIckprem and DHPP credit for???

Simple you came back as a returning customer. You don't get the $50 credit as a new customer but as a DHA18 lease customer you get DHPP free for 18 months and you get the 3 months of a premium service free just like a new customer.
