Greetings everyone from Hartford Connecticut and the Goodwin Hotel, the headquarters of the Joe Leiberman for Congress Campaign.

The political race between Joe Leiberman and Ned Lamont is being watched closely around the country and in fact is considered one of the top to watch. As you may know Joe Leiberman lost the Democratic primary against Lamont earlier this year and has run as an independet. Polls are showing Leiberman now leading Lamont by 12%.

Because of this all eyes are on Hartford tonight, and for all of us Free To Air fans, its going to be a fun night for scanning the skies, not only for tonight happenings here in Connecticut, but for the elections around the world. There will be hundereds if not thousands of feeds tonight from campaigns around the country.

Here in Connecticut all the media was getting in place for tonights results and I do hope throughout the day I can go outside and take photos of the media setting up. We have the NBC Network here, plus the local NBC station, CBS Newspath is here, as is CNN, Fox News, ABC and more.

The staging and podium where Joe Leiberman will be giving his speach tonight is now in place as is the media podiums where all tonights cameras will be setup.

Below are just some of the photos I have taken of the setup and I do hope to get more throughout the day.

Tonight my friends your Free To Air systems are going to shine, you are going to see a lot of wildfeeds, some which will make you laugh, others that will make you mad, but all of them you are are going to see LIVE and UNCENSORED!

Enjoy!

If you see a guy named Bob is running that Metrovision truck... tell him a member from the ABC ABSAT forum says hi... then go and get some more pictures from inside the satellite trucks! Thanks for those pictures!

More pictures, dont know if I will be able to get more, security is getting tight as is space. Its amazing that big 30 foot long camera platform is now full of cameras and crew, dont think there is space for another camera there.

More trucks out there now getting setup.

Happy scanning tonight! Remember to post your findings here at SatelliteGuys in our Political Uplink Thread which is a sticky here in our FTA area! :)
