Master Setup Remote Control Philips / Magnavox

This isn't specific to anything to do with DSS, but I just took over a job at a resort with Philips Hotel / Instutional TV's and the last tech either took with or never had the Master Setup Remote for the TV's here.

Our channel line up has changed and now I need to re-program the TV's.

Anyone have a source for a Philips RC2573GR Master Setup Remote?

I've called 1 800 Remote and several other but they don't have a clue what I'm looking for. They seem to think I need a consumer remote and want the model number of the TV. I tell then ALL Philips Hotel TV's.....

Finally got my hands on a new green remote.
Of the 7 TV's 3 of them won't change thier programming.
I have googled for a couple of days now but there doesn't seem to be much info online about configuring commercial TV's
Any idea on where to get a service manual for a Philips TV if you aren't a dealer?
