I would like to have it in ale-cart but but for Gearheads its available online purchased separately ( Lucas Motorsports). Some of these so called niche channels have low viewership because of unavailability or only carried in SD. One of the reasons I've stuck with PSVUE is the fact I can get AHC in HD.
Dish doesn't offer many of the HD streaming options like Directv. This also goes for Mav TV HD with Directv you can stream the HD version. All these packages with included stream options cost more and Dish has opted out on carrying the HD streams on many channels which saves on contract price but also hurts customer options.
