Does the Media Center DVR provide any RCA output? I currently multiplex the output from my Dish receivers using their RCA (red/white/yellow) output. Can I do that with the Verzion DVR?

Yes. It has Component, S-video and Composite outputs. They all work at the same time.
I use the Component output to my HD projector. I have the Composite (RCA) running to a small LCD TV which I use for setting up the DVR and checking the channel guide without having to fire up the expensive lamp in the projector. It even outputs the HD programming to the RCA jack, though obviously not as HD.
