This is my question...This seems to be the first International channel that has been taken off 121. What is going to be the deal for those customers who want to keep the channel, but do not have a 61.5/148 signal?

I'm just wondering what they are going to do for those who do not have 61.5/148, should they decide to move all the International channels to either 61.5/148 or 118.7.

The channel is still there but with the info banner saying it's not, it's just a matter of time till they turn it off.
