Menu display options

Apologies for posting this...
I live in Hawaii and just moved my parents (7In their '80's and techno challenged) to FIOS from DISH network in the Long Island, NY market ..

They have been calling me to find out if they have a menu option as they had in DISH to display only their subscribed to channels.

If there is such an option in FIOS, how do I tell them to get there?

Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

PS - I wish we could get FIOS here but Hawaii is out of the question at this time.

I've downloaded user guides for their DVR and remote in order to help support them but for some things you just need to have the equipment in front of you.
