Meredith doesn't have any channels in Seattle. Tribune (KCPQ and KZJO) is still off.

Almost every day new deals are made and we never hear about them. Dish and Meredith came to a deal before the other contract expired so no big announcement was made. That's the way business is usually done.

I brought it up simply because we have a Meredith station and it had been discussed here and on Dishpromise.

I saw no public announcement but as Scott said it was a normal business transaction with no blackouts. HOWEVER...had Meredith not said anything we never would have known about it, there would have been no need to know about it and DISH would not have put the Dishpromise in answer. Meredith probably should have made a statement after the contract was done too. We couldn't be sure it wasn't an extension while the contract was worked on.

Sorry - my mistake - I was confusing Meredith with Tribune.
