Metv SD color bars

So instead of recording an hour of Hogans Heros tonight I got an hour of color bars and the channel now has a "scrambled" flag on it.is this the beginning of the end?
I use the SD for recording cause the HD won't play back right on my AZBOplays but no FF or REW etc).
