Minnesota Timberwolves New Alternate Logo

In 1996, the Minnesota Timberwolves released this logo:

For the upcoming '09 season, the Wolves will release this alternate logo. It should be noted that the old logo will still be used on occasion. Now, if they can do something about that weird font. I wonder how K-Love likes this new logo. Personally, I think it looks more like a tame little pup than a wolf....

BTW, did any of you notice the Tree shadowing in the neck of the wolf?.....

The karma associated with the Timber-Pup logo isn't off to a good start..
