MISING SOME HD CHANNELS help

Hi i have a VIP 622 i live in MIami and i dont have ENCORE HD the channel 501 and starz edge , collage CBS wgn America HD i suppose to have all the HD channel any clue

Have you tried to do a hard reset on your receiver? Do you remember seeing these channels in your guide before?

I had some missing channels and found out I had mistakenlly locked them out. That is where I would first look to see if you have locked them out.

i check the locks and everything is ok dish send me a signal to the box dont work ?

check the signal on the transponders they are on. i take it you are looking at 61.5 for you hd.

All of my channels just went out. Ran a check switch and it told me it found fewer satellites than it expected. Now I have no signal on either of my 622s.

My problem turned out to be a failed LNB.
