Missing / Blacked out channels on 97W

I recently did a complete scan of 97W, and found 290 video channels. I wrote down all the names, to check it against the list from FTAlist.com. (I'm only dealing with Arabic channels at the moment). I noticed I'm missing the following stations:

MISSING: Libyan Jamahiriya Broadcasting
BLACK: Madani Channel
MISSING: Sahoor Drama
MISSING: Sudanese Space Channel
MISSING: The Kingdom Sat
MAYBE MISSING: The Truth (not to be confused with Truth TV)
MISSING / BLACK: Wesai TV (Wsai FARSI shows up, and it's blacked out)

They say the list was updated 5/24/12, so in two months this many channels disappeared? Is that common? Does anyone else have these channels?

I have no problem doing my own FTA list every few weeks. I just want to know if I'm doing something wrong...
