Missing Center Ice channels

Hi friends. My Hopper was recently replaced with a new model that is working much better. The only problem is that my NHL Center Ice channels have disappeared. Several conversations with CSRs, including one reboot, have not solved my problem. Any suggestions?

I have Center Ice too and had this happen to me 2 weeks ago when I turned off one receiver and turned on another one. I had to call Dish Loyalty and they got me to an advanced tech department. They referred to it as a PPV package and they had to remove it from one receiver and move it to another one. They said there is a team behind the scenes that has to make this change.

So when I call DISH should I expressly ask for "DISH Loyalty? What are the key words for phrases I should use to get to the people that can best help me?

I have been using this number 888-496-1260. I think this is the direct number to loyalty. Tell them your issue and maybe share what was done for me and hopefully that will point them in the right direction for you?
