I have a 301 receiver that cannot access the Channel Guide. I am able to receive all of my channels, but I have to know the channel number ahead of time. It also takes longer than normal for the picture to appear after I punch in the channel number. This receiver is rarely used
so it's not an urgent issue, but I'd like to correct this problem. I assume that there is a simple explanation and that I'm just missing something. Anybody know what I need to do to get my channel guide back?? Thanks.
