Missing Guide Favorites on 622

I woke up yesterday to find all the guide favorites gone from my 622 receiver. The names were there, but none of the channel selections. Should I be worried it is failing, or could it have been caused by a software update?

Could be failing, but before anything else, unplug it, wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in and wait for it to reset.

I agree with Tampa. Try resetting the receiver to see if they come back. If everything else in the receiver seems to be working properly, set the channels back up, and send me your receiver number in a PM so I can put in a report for you
