  • Server Issues.

    We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

    Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Has anyone noticed that games that aren't on the schedule on Dish's homepage have been showing up? I was able to watch the Angels yesterday and today and I thought (because of the schedule) that those games weren't going to be televised. Is this because it's promotion time and they just want more people to sign up for games or will this be happening after the trial time as well? Thanks,

My wife, who is a baseball nut, has also said that there are games on that don't show up on the guide or the print out I gave her. She just points and clicks on all of the blank channels to see if she is lucky. She is an avid Dodger fan and was able to watch a game the other night that was not on the guide. I hope it is just because it is new to Dish and it will get better with time. mike
