Moca symbal in lower right corner of screen

Why is the MOCA symbol displayed in the lower right corner of my screen?

Can it be turned off?

Settings>Network Setup>Whole Home>Display Settings>Moca Quality Icon>Disabled

It is green.

If it's green then press YELLOW - BLUE - Whole-Home - Notifications

If it's not green then you have a MoCA line issue.

Just found out this: I have two Hoppers and three Joey's - my three Joey's are all connected to one Hopper - no problem. I thought that they all needed to be connected to both Hoppers - they don't.

One of my Joey's was set to disable on the MoCA - causing the yellow on the bottom of my Hopper screen. I set it to enable and the yellow MoCA is now gone.

Are you still able to view live TV on the Joey or are you seeing the 1303 message? Is the picture quality on the Joey getting worse when this happens?

Do the menus work or do you see anything at all or any banners or error messages?

What i get is the error saying there is no connection and follow these steps to correct. Doesn't work
