More PTAT Issues

Had the Hopper since the end of March and have had no issues or complaints until now. PTAT has been enabled since day one and I have had no problems. Everything was recording properly through Monday evening. Suddenly on Tuesday, PTAT is no longer recording. The odd part is that when I look in the timers it shows the future PTAT recordings as planned and when I look back at past PTAT events it shows them completed with the correct start and stop times...but none of the shows appear in the folder in the DVR. Has anyone else experienced this particular problem recently (the other issues I saw that were similar seem to have been corrected with software updates) and is there anything besides a hard reset that I can do prior to contacting DISH and having them send someone out? Thanks to all.

Software version is S211
 
Many different thing are going on, I've lose the guide, dvr,etc on the Joey, screen blank. So I check for software update, then reset both hopper and Joey, all works.
