Can anyone help . I live in Palm Springs Ca. however I "lived in Atlanta" for the last couple of years, I left home in Dec. and just returned now I do not get the Atlanta stations message "you cannot receive the channel outside the designated viewing area" so I "moved to New York" I get the locals for NY but not in HD. I have two dish's 500 at 110, 119 and 129 and another single for 61.5. The 61.5 gets reception strenght 48 on transponder 2, 6,8,10,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,27,29,30,31,32,strength 57 on transponder 12,14,15,. Does anyon know where I can "move to to get the east coast stations in HD from where I am?

Bottom line is, you can't
Dish does not sell Nationwide networks anymore, so they are all off of Conus satellites.
They do have a group called American Direct, or something like that, that will let you subscribe to them seperately, for about $5/station/month. You just need to 'live' somewhere that they are allowed to sell the services to.
Look thru the forums, you'll find the answer with them.

Also note that American Direct does not have HD locals at this point. If you want HD locals, you will have to 'move' closer to home.
He is right, with all of the HD local markets being spotbeamed, you will not be able to get any east coast HD market.
Indianapolis is CONUS for the time being (and in the eastern time zone), but only until E5 moves...
