Movie playback issue on Hopper 3 with PRIME access

Current have PRIME access on the DISH account, but when we view a Movie on PRIME, it will play for about 1/2, then switch BACK to the
Dish program. Odd in that it only does this on the HOPPER 3, on the JOEY it will play the entire movie (or whatever). We have talked to DISH and to Amazon with NO ANSWERS. Running two SONY Bravura,(updated), ATT Fiber (320 Gateway) , Hopper and TV on Ethernet direct
to Gateway. 75-150 Gbps to Hopper3 and TV. Cleared cache and storage. It actually stopped doing this for about 2 days, then started up
again. Have a replacemnt Hopper 3 from DISH, but not really sure that will make ANY difference. Really, about the ONLY thing we like about
DISH is the HOPPER 3.

ANY IDEAS?

I tried to sign into Prime today on my H+ and all it did was the spinning wheel. After the initial introduction screen nothing. Something might be up with the app on Amazon's, google's or Dish's end. Unsure of the culprit right now.

Have a question, are you saying you cleared cache and storage on the Hopper 3? How exactly did you do that?

As for your problem, maybe you also have a defective ethernet port which can be hardware or sofware and should try connecting the Hopper 3 wireless to the gateway like mentioned here which was recently discovered:
