Moving a switch indoors

both the DP34 and DPP44 (had a 34 at the old house, and while I was at my father-in-law's), and the DPP44 are performing wonderfully.

All my issues went away.

I would suggest when you replace a switch pop it open and have a look inside. Alot of times you will see the tale tale sign of a surge or lightning damage. Remember, you don't have to have a direct hit to destroy those tiny electrical parts inside one of these things. Dishes build up alot of static and where do you think that static goes to when it isn't grounded?
