Currently I live in Colorado Springs, which is not part of the Denver DMA. When Denver switches to MPEG-4, which I beleive will happen in June, if I "move" there how would I get the new equipment and dish? Will Denver have all four Networks in HD at that time?

You will get the new equipment if you pay for the upgrade.

If you only "move" and not move, they will show up to install the equipment at the "new" address.
