Muffled Sound on Certain Channels

Is anyone else having an issue with their sound sounding muffled on TBS (MLB playoff games) and FX this evening? Every other commercial has terrible sound and seems to be going in and out during the broadcast as well. Trying to determine if my surround system is finally going out or if its the broadcast itself. Thanks.

Just turned on TBS in the last inning and waited for the commercials, so far they sound no different than the rest of the broadcast with my AV unit.

The FCC requires that commercials can't be louder than the tv show..the stb has a equilizer..what model receiver do u have and I will look it up
